This company is just a big joke and a scam. I responded to an ad for a job in Florida and took an assessment test. Who even is Wize-Hire? The next day, I got contacted by two different folks asking me to do the same assessment tests again. I called the so-called hiring company in Florida, and the guy I talked to sounded like he was on a home phone and had no clue about this job placement service. Seriously, steer clear of this company; it's run by some shady characters. I'm also reporting them to the BBB, so watch out!

After going through a bunch of resumes, I filled the role that was advertised - I really liked being able to check out resumes anytime, day or night, thanks to the automation.

I got a good number of qualified applicants and ended up making a hire. Posting a job and keeping tabs on progress and applications through the mobile app was super easy. One thing I’d mention is that a lot of candidates lacked even the basic experience needed for the role. I really wish Wizehire could find a way to filter those out to help us save time sifting through each application. Still, I won’t knock off even a single star from this review. Overall, the experience was fantastic.

I've had multiple chats with WizeHire, and they assured me they could help with my issue. I set up a call with a coach, but it got flagged by someone who seems to be clueless about my circumstances. I requested a confirmation call, but no one got back to me. All I wanted was to speak to a real person who could get what I'm going through. It's just so aggravating.

Wizehire is awesome! I've tried other platforms and ended up shelling out cash for the number of applicants. One problem was that many candidates just didn’t fit the bill, but since I was charged per resume, my monthly costs were way higher than what I'm currently spending with Wize Hire. Basically, I was focused on quantity over quality. Plus, I really dig the assessments that come with my monthly plan. I used to fork out money for those separately, and they were pretty pricey. I'm happy to report I found a hire in just two weeks and have three solid candidates in the mix. Could go on and on, but you really gotta give it a shot yourself!
